Hi! I’m Bianca.
I'm a senior in college, juggling my aspirations to become a doctor with my passions for baking, new experiences, love, and life. Last semester, I studied abroad in Dublin, and I had the time of my life exploring incredible new places, opening my eyes to a whole new world, and being continually amazed at the wonders surrounding me, and I am so blessed to have had this opportunity to be able to witness them. I hope to provide some inspiration and musings on this crazy beautiful world, while making your day a little bit brighter.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the things that I already have, and honestly, nothing would make the holidays happier than spending time with my family and friends, as the time we have together seems to slip away more and more … Continue reading
Make this. It tastes like Christmas! It’s festive, easy, crunchy, and creamy, and the little hit of salt takes it over the top. Your holiday season will not be complete without it.
