Hi! I’m Bianca.
I'm a senior in college, juggling my aspirations to become a doctor with my passions for baking, new experiences, love, and life. Last semester, I studied abroad in Dublin, and I had the time of my life exploring incredible new places, opening my eyes to a whole new world, and being continually amazed at the wonders surrounding me, and I am so blessed to have had this opportunity to be able to witness them. I hope to provide some inspiration and musings on this crazy beautiful world, while making your day a little bit brighter.

Can we pretend that it isn’t a full three weeks past Christmas? And that it isn’t completely unacceptable to be posting about gingerbread men right now? Let’s pretend, because making these cookies was one of my favorite afternoons from before … Continue reading

Dublin must want me to stay, because so far it’s been two for two with beautiful sunny days. And the exploration continues… Grafton Street St. Ann’s Church St. Stephen’s Shopping Centre being punny
day one
I’m the kind of person who will form a very strong opinion, and fast. So if my journey to Dublin is any indication, I’m pretty sure that I am falling head over heels for this place already. Words cannot describe … Continue reading
