Hi! I’m Bianca.
I'm a senior in college, juggling my aspirations to become a doctor with my passions for baking, new experiences, love, and life. Last semester, I studied abroad in Dublin, and I had the time of my life exploring incredible new places, opening my eyes to a whole new world, and being continually amazed at the wonders surrounding me, and I am so blessed to have had this opportunity to be able to witness them. I hope to provide some inspiration and musings on this crazy beautiful world, while making your day a little bit brighter.

I am about to make you swoon. And salivate. And pretty much die over these chocolate con churros. I mean, I did.
As we continue our extensive in-depth Madrid coverage… let me bring you to a little piece of ancient Egypt in Spain! This ancient Egyptian architecture is the Temple of Debod, dedicated to the goddess Isis. It was built in 2 … Continue reading
I’d like to interject with a brief interlude between all of the Madrid coverage with a related (sorta?) recipe! These brownies are swirled with big dollops of dulce de leche–that’s Spanish for sweet milk (that’s the semi relevant–okay, it’s a … Continue reading
You know you’re in Spain when you stumble upon a live mariachi band! Plus the reminder of chocolate con churros that still needed to be crossed off our list! This is Plaza del Sol
