These are as easy as a batch of red velvet cupcakes, a quick slice off the top, and taking a mini heart cookie cutter to it. Tint some frosting (my favorite is the Tiffany blue) and replace the cupcake hat.
I used cake mix AND canned frosting, and I still don’t think they could be any cuter.
