Hi! I’m Bianca.
I'm a senior in college, juggling my aspirations to become a doctor with my passions for baking, new experiences, love, and life. Last semester, I studied abroad in Dublin, and I had the time of my life exploring incredible new places, opening my eyes to a whole new world, and being continually amazed at the wonders surrounding me, and I am so blessed to have had this opportunity to be able to witness them. I hope to provide some inspiration and musings on this crazy beautiful world, while making your day a little bit brighter.

Cheesecake scares me. Or rather, I should say that making cheesecake scares me. It’s up there with pie crusts, caramel, and royal icing decorated cookies on the list of things I’d like to (but am a tiny bit afraid to) … Continue reading
I don’t think I’ve ever been so glad to walk half an hour to work in a storm. As anyone on the East Coast can attest, this past week’s oppressively sweltering heat wave was brutal, and rain has never been … Continue reading
