Hi! I’m Bianca.
I'm a senior in college, juggling my aspirations to become a doctor with my passions for baking, new experiences, love, and life. Last semester, I studied abroad in Dublin, and I had the time of my life exploring incredible new places, opening my eyes to a whole new world, and being continually amazed at the wonders surrounding me, and I am so blessed to have had this opportunity to be able to witness them. I hope to provide some inspiration and musings on this crazy beautiful world, while making your day a little bit brighter.

maple cinnamon candied walnuts
Welcome to my guilty pleasure. If there’s one fact about life that I hate, it’s that nuts are so darn snackable and delicious. I literally could eat peanuts, walnuts, pistachios, almonds (especially almonds) forever and consume about 1000 calories in one … Continue reading

One of the things I love about Dublin is the weather. No, I’m not referring to the incessant rain…I’m talking about how the temperature hovers around 40-60 degrees Fahrenheit pretty much all year round (God knows what that is in … Continue reading
